This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made on the Platform (https://bobbycarlsen.com), owned by Sigmoid Vedanta Technologies.
No physical shipping
All our products are digital services delivered online. Nothing is shipped to a physical address, and there are no shipping charges.
Delivery of the service
- Payments by card, UPI, net banking or wallet through our payment gateway: Pro is activated on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
- Payments made by direct UPI transfer or PayPal: Pro is activated after we verify the transaction reference, normally within 2 working days.
- You can see your plan and its validity on the Plans page after signing in. A confirmation is sent to your registered email address.
Delays
If Pro is not active on your account within the times above, please contact us with your payment / transaction reference: email sigmoidvedantatechnologies@gmail.com or phone +91 74060 53777. If we cannot deliver the service, your payment is refunded in full as described in our Refund Policy.
