This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform (https://bobbycarlsen.com), owned by Sigmoid Vedanta Technologies. Our products are digital services: subscriptions to Kuikma Chess Pro, sold as one-time payments for a fixed period. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Under this policy:
Cancellation
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Pro plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. You will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another plan.
- Once Pro has been activated on your account, cancelling within the 7 days entitles you to a full refund as described below, and the Pro access is removed from your account.
Refunds
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- If you were charged more than once for the same order, or your payment was debited but Pro was not activated on your account, the extra or failed amount is always refunded in full.
- If the service you received is not as described on the Platform, please bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of purchase. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
- Refunds are not given for accounts suspended or closed for breaching our Terms and Conditions.

Refund timeline
In case of any refunds approved by Sigmoid Vedanta Technologies, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you. The amount is credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet); your bank may take a few additional working days to reflect it.
