Digital services
Sigmoid Technologies sells digital services only (subscriptions to Kuikma Chess Pro, delivered online to your account). No physical products are sold or shipped, so there are no items to return, exchange or send back, and no packaging or quality-check requirements apply.
Refund in place of return
We offer a refund within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase, as set out in our Refund Policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind, except where required by law.
Defective or non-working service
If the service does not work as described (for example Pro features are not available on your account after payment), please report it to our customer service within 7 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or, if we cannot, refund your payment in full.
